TownRiver is an independent resident resource for the RiverTown community in St. Johns, Florida. It is not operated, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Mattamy Homes, RiverTown management, Vesta Property Services, the HOA, or the CDDs.
Information the app handles
Local preferences
Theme, map-layer, basemap, community-notice, and analytics choices are stored only in your browser until you clear site data or the preference version changes.
Ask TownRiver
De-identified question and answer records expire after seven days. Direct identifiers are declined, sensitive exchanges are replaced, and IP addresses, user agents, cookies, and session identifiers are not stored with question-and-answer records. Content-free operational logs record outcomes, duration, model usage, estimated cost, and citation counts.
Feedback
The app emails the independent operator the category, message, page, optional reply address, request ID, and submission time. Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting help prevent abuse. Do not include sensitive information.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the app, including network and device information used for security, rate limiting, and service operation.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you allow optional analytics. It measures sanitized page paths, approximate region, browser and device category, and the limited feature interactions described below. Advertising, remarketing, Google Signals, user-provided data, and granular location and device collection are disabled.
TownRiver never sends Ask questions or answers, feedback text, email addresses, phone numbers, map destinations, geolocation, URL query strings, fragments, or other free-form input to Google Analytics. Feature events contain only curated identifiers, enumerated categories, counts, and result states.
Google acts as an analytics service provider and applies its own privacy and data-protection practices.
Cookies and retention

Google Analytics user- and event-level data is retained for two months. Standard aggregated reports may remain available for longer because they no longer identify individual browsers. Feedback is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate, secure, and improve the app.
Your choices
You may decline analytics without losing app functionality. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to allow or withdraw consent. Withdrawal immediately stops future app analytics calls and removes TownRiver analytics cookies from the browser. Clearing browser storage also removes local preferences.
Use the privacy feedback option above to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted directly.
Sharing and advertising
TownRiver does not sell personal information, serve behavioral advertising, or use app activity for advertising. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate, secure, measure, and respond through the app, or when required by law. Third-party service providers and source operators apply their own privacy practices.
Children
TownRiver is a general community resource and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child through Ask or feedback.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change when the app or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. A material analytics-consent change will use a new preference version so residents can choose again.
